Teammates can choose from four medical plans: Alliance Prime, Alliance Flex, Alliance Save and Alliance Out of Area. The availability of these plans depends on the teammates home zip code and the proximity to a Roper St. Francis Healthcare facility. 

BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina serves as the medical administrator for Roper St. Francis Healthcare. 

Copays vary by the teammate's selected plan.

Teammates can opt-in to participate in a dental plan through Delta Dental.

Teammates can opt-in to participate in a vision plan through EyeMed.

There are Basic and Supplemental coverable options available to teammates. 

Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability insurance are available for full-time teammates (30+ hours).

All teammates are eligible to participate in the 403(b) Retirement Savings plan upon hire. Roper St. Francis Healthcare contributions vary based on teammate contribution.

Roper St. Francis Healthcare offers a comprehensive time off benefits package that includes Paid Time Off (PTO), holidays, parental leave and various types of leave of absence.
